About Granco Security Services
Granco Security Services was founded in 2010 by Corey Grant, who was inspired by his work as a Michigan Deputy Sheriff and a vision to create a security company that was different from the typical kind of firms commonly found in the private security industry. This vision lead Corey to build his company around our core values and three paramount guiding principles; Top quality service, professional training of his security guards, and caring for his customers by delivering what has been promised.
Corey's Role

Corey leads the development and growth of Granco Security, pioneering new ideas to address the ever-changing security needs for Businesses, Churches and Government entities. He manages the day-to-day operations of Granco Security which include the review and oversight of office administrators, supervisory command staff, security guards, ongoing security assignments, and the training department for our security guards.
Corey is a proud graduate of Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Psychology. He is also a MCOLES (Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards) Certified Police Officer, NRA Certified Firearms Instructor, Defensive Tactics Instructor, and a Michigan Licensed Private Security Guard. He has received extensive training in the areas of Management, Policing in an Urban Environment, Police Administration, Police Operations and Patrol, Emergency Management, Church Security, and Executive Protection.

We take providing security services very seriously, as we are responsible for the protection of our clients people, property, and assets. All Granco Security officers are required to wear professional uniforms, employ professional tactics, complete initial new hire professional training, annual continued qualification training, prepare professional daily activity logs, and represent our clients in a professional manner. Above all else, a good first impression ends with the security officer being an expert in keeping clients safe and giving precise directions within clients' buildings. Our security officers will report for duty on time ready for work, looking professional, enforcing all policies and procedures, dealing with everyday situations all while being helpful and focused on our clients specific needs.
